The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

I don't have too many of these kinds of days, but today was one.... One being a good day. I went to ABT (an electronics store in Glenview Illinois) to get a new stereo. I saw one on their website I really wanted (actually I saw it on Amazon.com but I am kinda leery getting something like that through the internet). I went to bestbuy.com and they did not have it there. Apparently that stereo is the 2011 stereo model and that is probably why Best Buy doesn't have it yet... Anywho, when I looked it up online, I didn't realize the stereo had a screen, and it plays DVDs and video's from your iPod *giggles* The quality is amazing... When I got everything set up, and I turned it on, the default is for everything to be loud, bass and volume... Well when I turned it on, the bass was so loud, my dog started shaking and my glass penguin which was 14 feet away fell over! (dog and penguin are ok) That was only after it being on for like 3 seconds... That thing is super powerful. Expensive too, but totally worth it... the clarity in the speakers and the clarity of the screen is the most amazing thing since sliced bread... yeah i have to make another monthly payment, but it is so worth it... My old stereo started to cut off during a song, and skipping and I couldn't go without a source for my livelihood any longer... I am super happy I have an iPod dock on here... It might be 330 AM but I am rather hyper because I have been listening to 30 Seconds To Mars for the last 7-8 hours... Also watching the video FROM YESTERDAY and making a graphic of the singer from the video... (I might have to make another section in my profile and make something for 30stm like I did for HIM)

It's August already, where has this year gone? *frowns* I have no points to make or anything of importance to type down here, just felt like typing... I am thinking of starting to write a book.. Last time I did that I was about 18 or 19 and i was really into it and one day, since I wasn't too knowledgeable on the save often and save to many places rule, I was typing up on my laptop and had a floppy disk where my story was saved.. the little metal piece was up and when I pulled it out of the laptop the silver part ripped off the disk and got stuck.. Me being the brilliant person I was at that time, decided to stick a screw driver in the A drive (while it was on an plugged in at the time, hey I know, I am surprised I didn't put a fork in the toaster too) anyway, I completely destroyed the silver part as well as my laptop and lost my story all 40+ single spaced pages... I kinda have an idea running through my mind, and I swear if I don't get it on paper or the computer, its going to consume me... I think I will write it and see in which direction the story goes... I have many alternate sections.. maybe i will type those out too...

Apocalyptica is coming to Chicago again, this time on September 1st.. I was so happy cause I wanted to see them again cause they were awesome live... Only problem is.... with my obsession of having to be in the front row for general admission concerts... it's at 5pm.. ON A FRIGGEN WEDNESDAY!!! I would have to get there at like 11 or 12 the latest, and of course I work a Mon-Fri 8-430 job... It's not fair, either you have a job and money, but no time to do anything or you don't have a job, or money but you have all the time in the world... o.O Why can't Americans be like people in other countries and not care about having so much stuff? It seems in other countries, places of employment don't tend to work people to death like here... Take Finland for example... the average work vacations they get is 6 weeks!!! Yes it is true.. Got that information from the Business Digest a couple years ago... In Europe it seems Family Friends Work in that order and here, Work, work, family, friends.. Just an observation... Like I said, I have nothing of importance to write about, just wanted to type... since it seems all my creativity has been drained, I haven't made a graphic or a poem in forever, and i have been in a rut for so long, my rut is starting to go through the middle of the earth (I have yet to come across any hobbits though). You know that movie, Eat Pray Love or something? I need to do that, just take a year and go to some exotic, spiritual places and maybe find some appreciation of the world out there... I need a do over, or at least a reformatting or something, I feel so jaded and washed up and burned out... okkkkkk.. thats enough for now... time to go :) ciao 4 now
